Tour of our Sky Junior Suite

Welcome to our Sky Junior Suite!  We got upgraded from a regular Junior Suite just a couple of weeks ago. This class of suite has "Sky privileges," which include access to the Suites Lounge and Coastal Kitchen for all meals.

Here's our door with the magnets Charlie designed.  Note the new addition of the map on the right showing all the places we've cruised so far. (It's from the Cruise Globe app.)

Here's a better look at the map:

We were surprised to receive this heavy glass memento last night, signifying 210 cruise points -- which we'll reach and surpass on this trip.  We received another one last fall featuring Liberty of the Seas.

Here's a view of our room.

I spend most of my time in the room on the blue sectional. Not super-comfy, but I can put my feet up!

We have two bathrooms -- sort of.  One has a tub and a shower and sink, but no toilet. The other one has just a toilet and sink.  The shower is GREAT, with plenty of water pressure. The bathrooms also have premium brands of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, as well as body lotion.

The shower is opposite the tub -- and impossible to photograph!

Here's the half-bath.

There's a lot of storage -- we have empty drawers after unpacking everything. An espresso machine and an electric tea pot are provided.

The balcony is large, but it has been too chilly to sit outside much so far. As we travel south, we expect to use it more.

We're on Deck 13, conveniently positioned directly behind the elevators and near the stairs. We can walk up one flight to Coastal Kitchen (and Windjammer) or down one flight to the Suites Lounge.

Alas, this is only "home" until we get to Hawaii, then we'll move to a regular Junior Suite for the longer cruise to Sydney. That's it for the room tour!
